Two Filter Options

Choose the filter that best fits how you use your truck.

Cotton Cleanable Filter

The oiled cotton filter is washable and reusable, making it an excellent option for owners who want a serviceable performance filter. S&B lists 99.02% filtration efficiency with its maximum airflow configuration. 

Dry Extendable Filter

The dry filter provides easy maintenance without the need for filter oil. S&B reports 99.73% filtration efficiency with 19.83% airflow improvement for this configuration.

Fully Enclosed Airbox

The S&B system uses a fully enclosed airbox designed to help isolate the filter from hot underhood air while providing a clean, purpose-built installation.

The complete system includes a high-quality air filter, roto-molded intake tube, enclosed airbox, premium silicone seals, and the required installation hardware.

Optional Airbox Plug

S&B includes an optional airbox plug so you can configure the intake for your driving conditions.

For trucks frequently driven on dirt roads, gravel, construction sites, or in dusty environments, installing the plug can help reduce the amount of dust entering the airbox.

For trucks primarily driven on paved roads, leaving the plug out provides maximum airflow and allows you to hear more of the Cummins engine and turbo. The intake is designed to operate with or without the plug.
