25 HP Tow

Designed for heavy towing and daily work applications. This tune delivers improved low-end torque, smoother throttle response, and better drivability while maintaining safe exhaust gas temperatures under load.

45 HP Economy

A balanced calibration focused on improved drivability and fuel efficiency during normal driving. Power gains are moderate while maintaining excellent reliability.

• Light towing
• Stock trucks

75 HP Street (Transmission Tune Recommended)

Our most popular daily performance tune. Provides a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque with improved throttle response and stronger acceleration while remaining comfortable for everyday driving.

Recommended for:

• Daily performance
• Mildly modified trucks
• Light competition use

Transmission tuning is strongly recommended at this power level.

90 HP Performance

Built for enthusiasts looking for aggressive street performance and quick throttle response. This tune delivers substantial power gains and is best suited for trucks with supporting modifications.

Recommended for:

• Performance street driving
• Modified trucks
• Experienced drivers

Transmission tuning is highly recommended.

120 HP Race

Our highest-output calibration intended for off-road and competition use. This tune maximizes engine performance and should only be used on properly maintained trucks with appropriate supporting modifications.

Recommended for:

• Competition
• Off-road use
• Performance builds

Transmission tuning is strongly recommended and supporting modifications may be required.

Optional Upgrades

Shift on the Fly (SOTF)

Upgrade to Shift on the Fly (SOTF) and switch between multiple power levels while driving using a compatible DSP5 switch. This allows you to quickly change between calibrations without stopping to reflash the ECM, making it ideal for towing, daily driving, or maximum performance.

Important: A compatible LB7 DSP5 Shift on the Fly switch is required for this option and is not included with the purchase of your tuning. The switch is required to change between tune positions while driving. DSP5 systems use a dedicated switch to select between the available calibrations.

Transmission Tuning

Our custom transmission tuning improves shift quality, torque converter strategy, clutch holding capacity, and overall drivability. While optional for lower power levels, transmission tuning is highly recommended for higher horsepower calibrations.

VIN License

Already have an EFILive FlashScan or AutoCal? Add a VIN License to license your vehicle for custom tuning. If purchasing a new AutoCal or FlashScan from Proven Power Solutions, a VIN License may already be included—refer to the product description or contact us if you're unsure.

What You'll Need

To build your custom tune, please provide:

• Vehicle VIN
• Tune description and vehicle information
• Tire size (if applicable)
• TCM serial number (when purchasing transmission tuning)
• FlashScan/AutoCal serial number (when adding a VIN License)
• Auth Code (when adding a VIN License)

Custom Tune Sales Policy

All custom tuning sales are final and non-refundable. Each tune is custom-built specifically for your vehicle using the VIN, vehicle information, and modifications you provide during checkout. Because these calibrations are personalized and cannot be resold or reused, custom tuning purchases are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once tuning has begun or the tune files have been delivered.
