Installation Instructions

2011–2016 LML Shift on the Fly Switch

1. Disconnect both negative battery cables.
2. Locate the Engine Control Module (ECM).
3. Identify the appropriate ECM connector and terminal locations for your specific LML switch and tuning configuration.
4. Disconnect the appropriate ECM connector.
5. Remove the connector lock and carefully access the rear of the connector.
6. Install the supplied switch terminals into the specified ECM terminal locations.
7. Verify that both terminals are completely seated and locked into the connector.
8. Reassemble the connector and reconnect it to the ECM.
9. Route the switch wiring through the firewall, keeping it away from moving parts, sharp edges, and excessive heat.
10. Mount the switch in your desired dash location.
11. Reconnect both negative battery cables.

Important: Verify the correct ECM connector, pin locations, and wire orientation for your specific LML switch before inserting any terminals.

Verify Installation

1. Turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine.
2. Verify switch operation according to the instructions supplied with your compatible tuning.
3. Rotate the switch through each position and confirm that the selected tune position is recognized.
4. If the switch does not operate correctly, turn the ignition off and verify the ECM terminal locations and that both terminals are completely seated.
