25 HP Tow

Designed for heavy towing and daily work applications. This tune delivers improved low-end torque, smoother throttle response, and better drivability while maintaining conservative power levels for trucks that regularly operate under load.

• Stock transmissions

45 HP Economy

A balanced calibration focused on improved drivability and efficiency during normal driving. Power gains are moderate while maintaining excellent street manners.

Recommended for:

• Daily drivers
• Highway driving
• Light towing
• Work trucks

75 HP Street (Transmission Tuning Recommended)

Our most popular daily performance tune. Provides a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque with improved throttle response and stronger acceleration while remaining comfortable for everyday driving.

Recommended for:

• Daily performance
• Mildly modified trucks
• Street use
• Light towing

Transmission tuning is strongly recommended at this power level.

90 HP Performance

Designed for trucks looking for more aggressive performance and quicker throttle response. This calibration provides substantial power gains and is best suited for properly maintained trucks with appropriate supporting modifications.

Recommended for:

• Performance street driving
• Modified trucks
• Performance-oriented applications

Transmission tuning is highly recommended.

120 HP Race

Our highest-output calibration is intended for properly equipped performance and competition applications. Supporting modifications may be required depending on the vehicle configuration.

Recommended for:

• Competition applications
• Performance builds
• Properly equipped trucks

Transmission tuning is strongly recommended, and appropriate supporting modifications may be required.

Optional Upgrades

Shift on the Fly (SOTF)

Upgrade to Shift on the Fly (SOTF) and switch between multiple power levels while driving using a compatible DSP5 switch.

This allows you to quickly select between different calibrations without stopping to reflash the ECM, giving you the flexibility to choose an appropriate power level for towing, daily driving, or performance use.

Important: A compatible 2007.5–2010 LMM DSP5 Shift on the Fly Switch is required and is not included with the purchase of your tuning.

VIN License

Already have an EFILive FlashScan or AutoCal? Add a VIN License when required to license your vehicle for custom tuning.

If purchasing a new FlashScan or AutoCal from Proven Power Solutions, a VIN License may already be included. Refer to the applicable product description or contact us if you're unsure.

What You'll Need

To build your custom tune, please provide:

• Vehicle VIN
• Tune Description and Vehicle Information
• Complete list of vehicle modifications
• Tire Size (if applicable)
• TCM Serial Number (when purchasing Transmission Tuning)
• FlashScan/AutoCal Serial Number (when purchasing a VIN License)
• Auth Code (when purchasing a VIN License)

Please accurately describe the vehicle's current configuration and all installed modifications. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or a calibration that is not appropriate for your vehicle.

Custom Tune Sales Policy

All custom tuning sales are final and non-refundable. Each tune is custom-built specifically for your vehicle using the VIN, vehicle information, modifications, and intended use you provide during checkout.

Because these calibrations are personalized and cannot be resold or reused, custom tuning purchases are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once tuning has begun or the tune files have been delivered.
